ONELOVE- NOURISH!
One Love Black Community & Postpartum Justice collaborated to create Nourish One Love. Through this collaboration, postpartum meals are provided for Black folx within 6 weeks of birth. Every week, Bay Area restaurants provide meals with a focus on postpartum nutritional facts. We deliver 8 meals for 6 consecutive weeks to 5 families. This offering is open to folx who have given birth and live in San Francisco (Including Treasure Island).

A SPECIAL shout out to Nina from Postpartum Justice who coordinated restaurants and One Love members Arthurine & Asmara who coordinated deliveries to households and drivers
Since September 2020 OLBC showed up for 35 Black postpartum households, each family received 8 meals per week for 6 weeks, a total of 1,680 meals!!!! As of August 17,2021 Postpartum Justice will be providing meals and transportation to get meals to One Love SF Black postpartum households. Our group at One Love will continue to refer people weekly.
